Haley has experience representing employers in federal and state litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings concerning a broad range of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination and retaliation, unfair labor practices, OSHA enforcement, and wage and hour violations. She has represented employers in single plaintiff and class and collective action matters under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and various other federal and state employment laws. In addition to her litigation experience, Haley’s practice also includes frequently assisting clients with other aspects of the employment relationship, such as drafting and revising handbooks, conducting workplace investigations and trainings, unemployment disputes, and other personnel policies and concerns.
